Our Staff

Our dedicated administrative staff and technical support team of full-time professionals guarantee 100% customer satisfaction with each and every rental. Our technical support team consists of professionals who ensure customer expectations are exceeded before, during and after their meetings or special events. As photocopier rental specialists, we strive to put our customer and client needs first.

ALL RENTALS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

· 500 sheets of paper (1 ream)

· 10,000 copies at no charge

· All staple containers full

· Toner supplied for the entire rental regardless of copy count

· Hands-on key-operator instructions for client (including clearing paper jams)

· All copiers collate and duplex.

· 24-hours a day, 7-days a week service at no additional charge

· 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. two-hour on-site response to all service situations

· Replacement copier within 2 hours of technicians request

· Delivery and setup is performed by a trained technician

Repair/Replacement Service

CCR service includes telephone support and guaranteed 2-hour response for service calls on local rentals. If the copier is not repairable on site, it will be exchanged.
